Our live-edge charcuterie boards showcase the natural beauty and movement of the wood we select. Each piece undergoes a detailed process: we gently remove any loose bark along the edges, then plane, sand—and sand again—until the surface is perfectly smooth. We finish them off with grip slots for easy handling. These boards are a personal favorite of mine—I love preserving the organic character of the wood and letting the grain speak for itself. Thanks to their generous size, they’re perfect for use as both charcuterie and cutting boards.
